FAQs

What types of wax do you use in your candles?

Soy wax, it is biodegradable and the burn time is slow, so you can enjoy the scent a little while longer.

Triggers for asthma or allergies?

It is possible for a particular scent to cause a negative reaction to individuals who are sensitive to smells and candles should ALWAYS burn in a well ventilated area.

Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils?

We only use essential oils. We vow for a clean and safe burn of each one of our candles.

Are candles made with essential oils safe?

Yes, there are safe scents approved for use in candles. All of our candles are safe and kid & pet friendly.

Do you offer customized candles?

No, not currently.

What type of wicks do you use?

We use hemp wicks. They produce a clean burn, less soot and burn evenly releasing less pollutants in the air.

Why does my candle flicker or the flame is too high?

A wick that is too long can cause both of these issues. Always follow the candle care and trim your wicks 1/4 intially before lighting and relighting for long lasting burn and less soot.

Candle Care

Trim your wick before each use to 1/4".

During the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the glass or tin to avoid tunneling.

Burn your candle for 2 hours on the first use.

Avoid burning for more than 4-5 hours at a time.

Burn candles on a stable surface clear of flammable objects.

Avoid burning by open windows, near celing fans, or any air currents (i.e. air conditioning units).

Keep out of reach of children and pets and NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
